A nut-free day at Epcot

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at 3 restaurants in Epcot: 7 dishes the kitchen can prepare nut-free on request. Every dish is listed free from peanuts and tree nuts on the restaurant's own allergy menu. The standard preparation may contain it, so ask for the allergy-friendly version and tell your server about your specific allergy.

Two of Epcot's signature dining rooms, plus breakfast at Garden Grill. Le Cellier serves shrimp cocktail, the Duroc pork chop and a maple crème brûlée at lunch. Coral Reef closes with lobster bisque, mojo chicken and the Key West Sunset key lime tart. Desserts are where nuts hide, and both of these are made to order rather than pulled from a case. All seven dishes are allergy-friendly preparations, so name peanut and tree nut separately when you ask.
