Breakfast, lunch and dinner at 3 restaurants in Mardi Gras: 7 dishes that fit pescatarian exactly as they are served. Every dish is tagged pescatarian by our registered dietitian from the published menu.
A full seven-dish day on Mardi Gras, with seafood at both lunch and dinner. Breakfast in the Main Dining Room is an omelet. Lunch at Emeril's Bistro opens with fresh seafood ceviche, then Creole boiled shrimp with traditional remoulade, then beignets with powdered sugar and two sauces. Dinner shifts to Bonsai Sushi for miso soup, ebi (shrimp) and tempura green tea ice cream. Every meal has a starter, a main and a dessert except breakfast, which keeps to the single omelet.
