Seven new dishes and five new cocktails are on at the Disney Springs wine bar. A pork osso bucco and a plate of Ibérico ham lead dinner.
Dinner gains a braised pork osso bucco over farro. The kitchen says it is made in limited quantities, so it can sell out. A 2 oz plate of Ibérico de Bellota and a cold smoked salmon are new small plates.
Lunch swaps the meatball sub and the braised pork sandwich for a three-cheese grilled cheese. A roasted mushroom risotto replaces the tomato and goat cheese one at lunch and dinner.
Weekend brunch has a stuffed French toast with caramelized apples and rum caramel. The plain French toast stays, now on the kids' list. A coconut mousse takes over from the chocolate almond tart.
All five cocktails are new, each $18. The double bone pork chop and the bouillabaisse have come off dinner.
Gluten-free. Three dishes with a gluten-free listing have gone: the chocolate almond tart, the tomato goat cheese risotto and the pork chop. None of the new plates has a gluten-free listing. Ask your server what the kitchen can adapt.
Vegetarian. The mushroom risotto, the grilled cheese, the stuffed French toast and the coconut mousse are all vegetarian.
Low-carb. The cold smoked salmon comes with lemon mascarpone and tapenade, and no bread.
