Steakhouse 71 takes eleven wines off its list and adds two

Eleven wines have come off the list at the Contemporary's steakhouse, including the Caymus and Cakebread bottles. Two are new: a Simi Cabernet Sauvignon and a Saracco Moscato d'Asti.

The cuts run across the list: three Cabernets, three Chardonnays, two Rieslings, a Merlot, a Petite Sirah and the Graham Beck sparkling rosé.

The Simi Cabernet from Alexander Valley and the Saracco Moscato d'Asti from Piedmont take their place. Disney has not published prices for either.

No food changed. The same wine changes apply at Steakhouse 71 Lounge next door.
