Steakhouse 71 Lounge changes its wine list

The lounge beside Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary has dropped eleven wines and added two. A Simi Cabernet Sauvignon and a Saracco Moscato d'Asti are new.

The Caymus and Cakebread bottles are among those gone, along with two Rieslings, a Merlot, a Petite Sirah and the Graham Beck sparkling rosé.

The restaurant's lunch and dinner lists changed the same way. Nothing else on the lounge menu moved.
