The Disney Springs scoop shop's seasonal board is five apple flavors. Apple Cider Donuts, Apple & Cheddar Cinnamon Rolls, Salted Caramel Apple Pie, a Vanilla Apple Custard Tart and a Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet replace the summer list.
The five that came off were Birthday Cakes and Blackberries, Strawberry Pretzel Salad, Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero, Huckleberry Oat Crisp with Foraged Porcini and the Raspberry Marzipan Princess Cake.
Salt & Straw does not print prices per flavor, so none are listed here.
The Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet. The one dairy-free flavor on the new list. The shop describes it as made with dry-hopped apple cider, so ask about alcohol if that matters to you.
The Raspberry Marzipan Princess Cake. That was the plant-based flavor, listed without milk and egg, and it has come off. Its base was pistachio and cashew. Three of the classic flavors are still listed without milk and egg.
Wheat. Four of the five new flavors have donut, cinnamon roll, pie crust or tart pieces in them. Only the sorbet is free of baked goods.
