Menu update · Disneyland Resort · September 4, 2026
The Disneyland Hotel poolside bar has added seven dishes and taken five off. A $30 seared ahi niçoise and a $29 plate of chicken al pastor nachos lead the new list.
Palm Breeze Bar has reworked its shareables and entrées. The Seared Ahi Tuna Niçoise is $30, with fingerling potatoes, olives, green beans, egg and a Dijon vinaigrette.
Nachos Al Pastor are $29 and built on grilled chicken, with cotija, queso, charred pineapple and avocado. A Turkey Club sandwich at $25 and Gochugaru-spiced Jumbo Shrimp at $29 are also new.
The Lolla Rosa Salad replaces the Toasted Quinoa & Baby Kale in the plant-based slot, at $21. Ahi Tuna Tartare Tian, Cheese Fry Poutine, the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and the Pan-Roasted Salmon have all come off.
The seared ahi niçoise. This is the most flexible plate on the new menu. It works for paleo and for Whole30, and the potatoes are boiled rather than fried. It is not low-FODMAP, because a Dijon vinaigrette is usually built on shallot.
The Lolla Rosa Salad. Vegan, and low-carb too. Its only carbohydrate is the mandarin and strawberries. Shaved fennel keeps it off the low-FODMAP list.
The Hoagie of the Month. The menu does not say what is in it, so treat it as unknown. Ask at the bar before ordering if you are avoiding anything.
The nachos. Chicken rather than pork, despite the al pastor name. There is cotija, queso and crema on it, so it carries a lot of dairy.
