If you're avoiding something

The mochi doughnut. Mochi dough is rice flour, but Disney has not published allergy details for it, and there is pistachio in the name. Treat it as a nut item.

The Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. Oat milk by default, so there is no dairy milk in it unless you change it. Oats are not a safe swap for a gluten sensitivity. Disney has not published allergy details for it.

The muffin. Wheat and cream cheese. Vegetarian. Disney has not published allergy details for it.
