Céntrico adds a rajas quesadilla and a watermelon salad

Downtown Disney's Mexican kitchen has two new vegetarian dishes. Topo Chico is out and Jarritos is in.

The Rajas Quesadilla is roasted peppers in crema, cheese and avocado mousse on a heirloom corn tortilla. Sandía y Tomate is heirloom tomato and watermelon with Tajín and house-made requesón.

The fries are now called garlic fries, with the same herb butter and cheese. A strawberry Frozen Fresa and milk join the drinks.

The kids' quesadilla now comes with beans, rice or fries.

Gluten. The Rajas Quesadilla is marked made without gluten. The kids' quesadilla is on a flour tortilla.

Vegetarian. Both new dishes are marked vegetarian.
